PASTIFICIO TEMPORIN SRL has adopted an Organizational Management and Control Model pursuant to art. 27 septies 'Manslaughter and serious or very serious negligent injury, committed in violation of health and safety at work regulations' of Legislative Decree 231/01 and art. 30 of Legislative Decree 81/2008. The company has also adopted a disciplinary sanctioning system and appointed a Supervisory Board to which reports can be sent.
